Cannot see the Open CTI Softphone after creating a new app

Hey, I followed this page and instructions to use the Demo on my dev org: https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Lightning_Open_CTI

But, I not able to see the Open CTI Softphone adapter on my app. I updated the CTI url to: https://ilanadomain-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com/apex/demoAdapterPage

but it doesn't help will appreciate your help Thanks, Ilana

Preview the vf page and make sure you're using the correct url. Copy it from the previewed page url address.
