No ring sound after installing the package

Hello,

We are facing an issue with Lightning Open CTI - no sound at all for click2dial. We were able to install the package successfully and followed the steps but no sound when clicking a number to call. This issue has been reported to this forum as well https://developer.salesforce.com/forums/?id=9060G000000MQOwQAO. Any help is appreciated.

Same here. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue? I couldn't find where to make a ring sound on the source code...
