In Lightning softphone calls are going but unable to hear the voice

In Open cti lightning outbound call is going but voice is not audible and for inbound calls screen is not popping up..

@vish9845 Hey were you able to find a solution? I was able to make a call but on pick up i have background music i have no idea what it is or how to fix it
