Lightning Components Inspector removed from Chrome Webstore ?

I've already used the Lightning Components Inspector and wanted to add it to another computer, but it seems that the link to Chrome Webstore is not working anymore. I have a message saying "Item not found. This item may have been removed by its author".

Is Lightning Components Inspector removed from Chrome Webstore ?

Also I tried to access the Chatter Group mentionned in the Github description, but I as I have a guest account, I can't request access to it. Is there a way tobe added to the group ?
