Forcetk library instance Url calculation for salesforce org will fail after winter 19 release.

As Salesforce winter release notes says that now the page hosted on salesforce will not include the instance of Org.So now how will we get the Intance URL of org from client side using force library.This is going to have high impact and all REST calls will fail.Please suggest on this.
