I can't redeploy and got banned

Heroku set all my webapps including this repository, as policy violaton. you will get banned when you deploy this webapp [after 1-3 months]. only one way is to create new heroku account and redeploy from readme of my repository here.

actually it works just no p2p, DLL (aka index links) work fine for me

I remember you said your making a new framework try and make the deployment from auctions on GitHub

that why you won't have to use a heroku URL to deploy and make GitHub do the work so many mirror bots do this and non of them have problems, + they update the code a lot something I don't believe you can do as a single user
