if i call product add link http://178.62.211.202/urlcheckout/add?product=23649

it goes to http://178.62.211.202/urlcheckout/ and nothing has been added

What version of Magento were you trying @LeonardML? Did you ever have luck? Any error messages in your logfiles?

It used to work fine, but stopped working lately. Is this because of some Magento Patches? https://www.store.com/urlcheckout/add?product=1|2&qty=1|2

Edit: it still works fine, my products have options and then it returns to an empty cart page
