Added the Used By field to the Artifact Page.

This doesnt always exist and so if not there the Used By field is set to 0.

Also removed bintray repo from pom.xml as bintray is gone.

Please note, this doesn't fix https://github.com/devcsrj/mvnrepository-client/issues/4 that would require either getting the maintainer of funktionale-memoization to publish to a different maven repo, or swapping it out for another caching mechanism.
