Custom background in carousell

Other than texts and logo, how to custom background image of the carousell?

This is what I did to change it-

Found the photo in static/img/photogrid.jpg and exported to an image tool, probably canva. Turned background white and painstakingly found images I wanted and made them a correct size and "quilted" them together if you will.

I then saved it as the same name and deleted the old and imported the new.
