i18n Language-Locale Codes

Not took the time to check how simple this would be yet.

We could do with adding the options for Language-Locale codes in i18n.

such as en-GB, en-US, nl-NL,nl-BE, zh-Hans, zh-Hants etc.

First brought up as a potential issue in #107
