Support Dotnet\Typescript Ubuntu Noble 24.04

Seems to me that here: https://github.com/devcontainers/images/tree/main/src/base-ubuntu Noble is supported.

Can i help in any way creating the new typescript/dotnet images based on that?

Looks like we missed updating the dependent images, thanks for the pointing it out.

@gauravsaini04 Can you help add support for the ubuntu:noble variant for the .NET image? Also, worth checking if we need to add noble support to any other image which are ubuntu based.

@macel94 The Typescript image is Debian based, and we have never added Ubuntu support for it. Hence, we won't be adding it right away until we hear more feedback from the community, thanks!
