[desktop-lite] Support for Fedora?

Desktop lite only works with "Debian/Ubuntu-based distributions". Adding support for Fedora would benefit projects with a preference for the RPM ecosystem.

I suggest modifying install.sh to fallback to dnf when apt is not available.

Would a PR for this be welcome?
