Convert some disease sub headings into arrays (sub headings like facts & prevention) to allow the information present here be iterated over

facts has been taken care of by https://github.com/devcenter-square/disease-info/pull/37 now remaining only prevention

@AfolabiOlaoluwa totally correct... Yes, we should get this onto Luiz's refactor... and in fact, also transfer the previous one for facts in there as well.
