This issue should be moved to the flow-go AN repository since the SDK can not implement such a feature if the AN doesn't support it.

I think we should put them behind already existing flag: `--contracts`

@heyitslamer did you try to remove the folder between restarts? What is the content of the db folder?

Yes, I think separating that feature might be a nice idea.
