Add ability to update styleguide original css, after version is updated

Now, when styleguide is updated, css is not updated (and other resources too) in styleguide folder. User will have to update them manually or user will need to re-run styleguide creation task (and this is not logical). Can we add task for updating front-end resources of styleguide and document it?

Agree, we need to have separate command for template update.
