Status on home app using HB 1.3b14 is not matching the bulb state

Once in a while I've noticed that I am getting a "no response" for my lifx bulb. When this happens I have to hit the home accessory tile to establish its state and it shows off even though the bulb is currently on. Is this a potential issue with using the HB beta? Thanks!

I have just returned to using my home bridge and have started fresh. since updating from 1.3 beta to 1.3 I can't seem to get more than 5 min without crashing.
