Automation issue with AM/PM

There seems to be a scheduling issue for AM/PM when set for time.. (not manifesting for the sunset/sunrise)

I have a 10:30pm rule where all bulbs turn off except 1 that is supposed to dim to 50%. the thing is at 10-:30am the light turns on and goes to 50% (the others stay off) ive checked the time on my phone the Homebridge and the MacMini its running on and its all correct. can you pls check if its a code thing?
