Bundle only GND

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is common on microcontrollers and other parts, to bundle GND, but not VDD or other supplies. This is mainly to do with decoupling capacitors.

Describe the solution you'd like I'm not sure exactly how - my mind immediately went to string matching, but that could be a pain to implement. I'd be fine with just --bundle-gnd-only or something.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just manually bundle the pins in KiCAD, it's not a huge amount of work.

Additional context From KiCAD Library Conventions:

Power supply pins must be stacked unless the datasheet specifies the need for decoupling capacitors on every pin.
