[KiPart BUG] errors out on unnamed pins

Describe the bug When a pin has no name, kipart errors on the part and doesn't process it

To Reproduce

kipart test.csv

foo
Pin,Name,Type,Side
1,foo,bidir,left
2,,nc,left

bar
Pin,Name,Type,Side
1,foo,bidir,left
2,x,nc,left

Expected behavior A working library
