Microsoft Intune Company Portal possible?

Hi,

I tried out the module with Microsoft Intune Company portal, which is an app needed to get any Office 365 App, e.g. Outlook or Skype for Business running. However it still says the device is rooted and shuts down. I tried older versions from Intune, but they realize that they are old and insist to update.

Any chance that this app will be supported or is even supportable?
