I'm upgrading from an M1 Pro (https://github.com/devMEremenko/XcodeBenchmark/issues/448) and this makes me feel very hopeful I'm not wasting my money. 🙌🏼

@devMEremenko this device contains 48 GB of RAM instead of 64
