Actually it is and isn't. I developed a front end for IPS created with Laravel 9 soon to be 10, LaraLips, and the tracker will be an addon for this application. IPS is too restricting and I need the wealth of open source to create a great tracker so I had to create a IPS Laravel bridge and thats what I did.
