rpm package conflicts with fedora obs-studio package

Describe the bug As explained here, the rpm package for the DroidCam client conflicts with Fedora's obs-studio package and prevents the latter from running (while DroidCam client works)

Expected behavior The packages should not conflict or it should be declared so the package manager can handle it
