[DEV][User Profile][Edit Profile Modal][Photo Page][1] — [UI] Edit Profile Picture Page (UI Design Only)

As a dev launcher user: I want to update my profile picture So that my picture is more professional.

When I'm on the Photo Tab of the Edit Profile Modal, I should see the Photo Edit Page.

You will need to create a new component that renders the UI design of this page. A separate story and editing profile will be created for the button, and upload functionality.
