No Styling CSS & Bootstrap

Hi,

I have installed this app on my local machine using Mamp but there is no style to it. Seems that both the CSS and bootstrap file cannot be read. I have also tried changing the vhost address for example from localhost:8000 to sportify.test to see if that was the issue but did not work. Probably something really simple I have missed and would appreciate the help.
