Compile error, plugin does not satisfy a newer kotlin version than 1.4.31

I just wanted to upgrade my project to a newer gradle and kotlin version, but there are requirements, which does not apply for this plugin. The Android Studio Gradle Plugin requires at least a Kotlin version of 1.5.20 or higher in order to complete the build process.

What can I do, in order to continue my work.
