[Feature Request] Dynamic Platforms from screenscraper

So there are currently 240-something platforms on screenscraper, and it looks like there are just a few variables that have to go into the system in order to make skyscraper take the correct assets from the correct page.

My initial question: Is it possible to add custom platforms into Skyscraper? -- I attempted to add tic80 by modifying the screenscraper.json and platform.json but that failed. May have been a syntax error, but I'm not sure. I also want to add things that aren't supported by the raspberry pi, like xbox.

After researching this more: Is it possible for skyscraper to use the platform information from screenscraper to generate it's platform list? -- The information looks like its there on the website it just needs to be formatted. Basically we'd be scraping the configuration for the scraper

I guess this would mean that 625+ of screenscraper.ccp would just pull from json.
