No Build Instructions

There aren't any build instructions. How do we build it?

Can this be built with Adobe Flash Builder 4.5? Or is it with something else?

Sorry for the late response. I use Flash Builder 4.5 to build it, but it should really have a ANT or Rake script. When I get some free time, I'll make one, unless someone else wants to put one together.
