[Suggestion] bcm2835/bcm2837 package for raspberry pi 3

So basically i have a friend who wishes for me to set up a device that can block ai websites and i stumbled upon this repository as it seems pretty easy to set up however unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a package that supports the specific cpu of the raspberry pi 3 (bcm2835/bcm2837) would it be possible to compile a version of openappfilter that supports this cpu?
