Support macOS on Apple Silicon/Universal

Currently, Buster's client app is only built for macOS on amd64, not arm64.

I would be glad to have an upgrade since it was very useful on my windows machine

It runs just fine here on Rosetta. In fact I didn't even notice that it wasn't arm64.
