Investigate and document how to swap Atlas's Keycloak server with the user's personal server

Recently we have had a request to use an already existing KeyCloak authentication server. With the way Atlas currently stand - is there any way for us to be able to do this? If so let's document and add it to the Wiki - if not, should we action on it? Create an issue.
