Use GitHub Actions

First of, thank you very much for this repository. It helped me many times when I wanted to work on some project and didn't know which one.

I've found the .travis.yml file that is not necessary anymore and looks quite small in general. Why don't we use GitHub Actions with a more meaningful workflow than just building it? How about testing?
