Add Delay Setting

Love the plugin! Such a great feature it makes me wonder why it's not built-in.

One thing I'd love to be able to configure is the delay on which it will check for errors and inline them. At the moment it's often showing me syntax errors while I am still typing code.

+1 - I think this should prevent cluttering the IDE while typing.
