Pycharm freezes during ~10 seconds on huge files (~2000 lines)

First of all: thanks for this extension, it's very useful!

Problem: Pycharm freezes during ~10 seconds on huge files (~2000 lines)

I know this file size is not usual, neither desirable, but maybe some people (like me) have some legacy files that are such a monstruosity. I just wanted to report it as information.

I have the same problem with CLIon and 10k+ line large files. Decreasing file size will not be an option because I won't go split files just because of some plugin. Please fix...
