Visual Studio 2019 project file

It would be nice to be able to compile with modern Visual Studio. In Visual Studio 2019 it is possible to compile for Windows 7 and up.

This can done pretty easily, I would do it if the Windows Driver Kit would install on my machine!!! I am not sure what the hiccup is.. It installs but it does not appear in VS.. I have opened a support ticket with the Windows Driver Kit support team over at Microsoft, will probably be a month before I hear back from them..
