"to" JSON yes, but "from" -- how to?

This project description said "Converts Legends of Idleon Steam save files to and from JSON". I can export to JSON file, but i cannot find the way how to export the JSON file back to steam save files.

I am asking this because i am using steam on 2 different PC. Idleon does not sync some of the game saved progress and causing annoying issues when switching PC. I hope I can extract the save files to move to another PC.
