Row and Column cogs are not correctly captured

Describe the problem When exporting data to Cogstruction, row and column cogs do not get assigned their boost value

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

The export correctly identifies the existence of these cogs, but does not gather the value of their boost.
