remote disconnect check your internet and try again

hi all, i'm new to using github for my college project and when i went to push some changes i started getting this error, ill submit the logs along side but if anyone knows how to fix this i would greatly appreciate this as i'm very new, i saw some people say about commands but i'm not sure how to do that. thank you for helping [

Does your machine run an antivirus or is it behind a firewall? Can you disable those and try again to see if that makes a difference?
