Replace Open with Comand Prompt with Open with Windows Terminal on Windows 11.

The feature request

On Windows 11, one can change the default terminal from Command Prompt to Windows Terminal which can also be further changed to default each terminal tab to Powershell Core for example.

It's annoying when I have to click the command prompt option which then opens a tab on Windows Terminal which is an disabled profile I have in my Windows Terminal setup.

Proposed solution

To have it instead for Windows 11 on to Instead let Windows Terminal decide which profile to open the repository in.
