Modified to be Langflow Compatible

I have adjusted the server.py to make it compatible with Langflow MCPTools via STDIO protocol. I have edited the readme to detailed out on how to get the mcp server set up locally and get it connected to Langflow MCPTools component. I have added uv as package to install in requirements.txt.
