add timeout option

Implementing timeout is a good idea. Adding to to-do list.

+1 this issue if you would like to see this feature added to imagesLoaded.

i'm doing manual timing and trying to upgrade https://github.com/ahoward/jquery.bires, but the issue i'm having even being able to cancel the callbacks if the timing appears to be too slow. is this even possible because, if not, it's precursor to this issue...

I'm also looking for a way to abort/cancel/destroy the image loading like @ahoward suggests.
