Game refuses to launch

Hello,

-So I donwloaded Legendary.exe and set it up using windows powershell. -I then downloaded mudrunner which is called Bulbul by the software. -After dowloading it I sycned my coud-data -I then decide to launch it using .\ legendary.exe launch Bulbul. Its then says that its launching but nothing happens
