Won't create shortcuts for newly created Teams Site or Sharepoint Site :-S

So it's actually kind of odd - I can use OneDriveShortcuts to create shortcuts to drives we have already had in our Sharepoint, but I created a new site on Friday and for some reason OneDriveShortcut gives me an error:

New-OneDriveShortcut : Error retrieving SharePoint Document Library. At line:1 char:1

The odd thing is that it only doesn't work on these new drives. I tried on older drives and the system works perfectly so I dunno if it's just some new Microsoft setting but it's not working. I had also thought it might be propagation timing but even then that's not it because it still doesn't work today and generally Microsoft does propagate within 3 days :-S.
