custom auto-tagging system

I think it would be nice to have the possibility to auto add custom tags based on regex. For example based on my #64 and #60 issues I would be able to create a custom tag instead of writing an issue (except maybe gwennen, as that was a bug).

Great idea. Already had some kind of "custom tagging rules" in mind. This seems to be a very good option - will look into it and do some testing

Don't forget, I'm still working on it but struggling with the parsing performance using the regexes.
