Timeline view button should be available for Birdseye view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since timeline view shows ALL cameras I am not sure why the button is not available when viewing Birdseye view. Since if you pick anything in Timeline view it will select a specific camera / recording anyway.

Describe the solution you'd like Would like the timeline view button visible when viewing the birdseye cam.
