Quick update: still looks fine (I'm still using the version everyday)

@markphip IMHO you can close this ticket when the version is released (unless you have any doubts/concerns)

+1 for a new release. Lots of bugs have already been fixed, but no one downloading the latest stable release will get them. I'm kindly asking for a new version...

Also, KeyValuePair can take constructor parameters by value and move them.
