Where do i have to create the plugins/ps/modules folder?

So i have to create the ps folder inside of the plugins folder and create the modules folder inside of it. And i have to put the files of the lobby (all files like spigot.jar worlds etc.?) server in the modules folder right?

Create the ps/modules folder in your plugins folder and put the modules from the zip file into the /ps/modules folder
