Pooling source is down

http://nodes.p2pool.co/pools.dat looks down. What was it's purpose?

It appears this contained a list of pools. You can change it in the credentials file. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a pool that will accept this client in about a half hour of testing today. Let me know if you find one.

I think I worked around this using the following commit: https://github.com/createthis/hamiyoca/commit/883df961787ea319635d1c7a69cea1cf64180402

You can check that out @ronidavelman, if you want. I'm not 100% sure it's mining correctly, but I see work and get a hash rate.

Nice @createthis ! It's now mining through webgl, where as the pure javascript option freeze the thread, but I dont think that's related to the pool source.

Update: JS is mining normally now!
