Link-Rot in README
There are two links in the README which point to a now-deleted video on YouTube (i.e. youtube.com/watch?v=DdYSMwEWbd4). While the video is no longer available, material by one of the authors is available here: https://web.stanford.edu/~jurafsky/slp3/4.pdf. Presumably the content is similar, if not the same.
Should the link be updated to point instead to the aforementioned PDF, or perhaps to another video (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmVRLeJRkl4)?
Thanks for reporting this.
It seems like, although the PDF is both much more theoretical and technical, it focuses on naive Bayes classification, whereas the (new) YouTube video AFAICT focuses on NLP and language models in general?
@derhuerst I think you're correct. In my (admittedly brief) searching of YouTube, I didn't find any Stanford videos specifically about Naïve Bayes Classification. It's possible there is a NBC segment in their larger NLP video, but no chapter markers existed to support this.
If I remember correctly, these are the slides of the (offline) YouTube video linked in the current readme: https://web.stanford.edu/class/cs124/lec/naivebayes2021.pdf
We could also link those. What do you think?
You're very welcome to submit a PR with whatever link you find most helpful with the context of this repo!
That's a nice PDF, though it looks like something might have mangled its content on Page 38. I'll gladly submit a PR soon with a proposal.
