sorting + reload does not work

I'd like to have feh watching a directory and show the latest file added.

Tried this in terminal 1:

feh --sort=filename -R 1 -B black -Z /tmp/images/
feh --sort=filename --reverse -R 1 -B black -Z /tmp/images/

and this in another term:

convert -size 100x100 xc:white -font "FreeMono" -pointsize 50 -fill black -draw "text 10,60 '0'" 0.png
convert -size 100x100 xc:white -font "FreeMono" -pointsize 50 -fill black -draw "text 10,60 '0'" 1.png
convert -size 100x100 xc:white -font "FreeMono" -pointsize 50 -fill black -draw "text 10,60 '0'" 2.png
rm 2.png
convert -size 100x100 xc:white -font "FreeMono" -pointsize 50 -fill black -draw "text 10,60 '0'" 2.png

If it is showing 2.png (1 of 3) (e.g. when starting with --reverse) and I delete 2.png, it goes back to 1.png (1 of 2). If I now recreate 2.png, the new image is inserted in the wrong position of the list. It will keep showing 1.png but says (2 of 3).
